I was a former college athlete (where I played volleyball and basketball) and was pretty fit and in shape most of my life until I ended up with a herniated disc injury and a failed frontal fusion.  

I became hopeless and was at my heaviest weight due to severe depression, anxiety, turning to food and alcohol to cope.  I wanted to avoid everything and everyone. I literally felt like I was dying inside.  

Until I found our amazing program.  What surprised me most about our program was it was so easy and I had FAST results and felt so much more energy LEGIT within a week! 

Since the day I started, I lost 30 pounds lbs in my first six weeks (50 total in my whole journey!)
